When was this reached? Before Schlewitz? Before NYTimes? Can one little article cause all the momentum to leave? Before Tommy B left this was a rocket. Now, stale and dying.
 






They are not stale and dying but they are going through what all the other crm companies are. They just happen to be one of the smaller ones in the US and it has been a momentum breaker for everyone. The only thing they have done really well is make products that have not had issues. That is the most successful marketing campaign of anyone I have seen thus far. They are in a position to control more if they will emphasize what they do best and place good people in the field. They dont need to fall into the "drag your name through the mud" game with all the rest of the players. That always contributes to short term volatility. The game has changed, stick with safe functioning and technological products that work and have a history of such. Its pretty simple actually. Data speaks for itself.

Are you making any money or just growing small numbers. Making money in CRM against the US manufacturers choking out the individuals is something to be proud of if you are.
