Anything working for you?

My docs are shifting to Tirz / mounj. Switching patients and all new ones. I’m going back to 2.0 data, efficacy….side effects…dosing…birth control….is anything working for you?

Yes. LinkedIn and Indeed have been working great for me. I’ve had multiple conversations with recruiters and hiring managers. They all know what’s going on here so just tell them you are looking for growth opportunities. (They also know novo doesn’t offer growth opportunities) Three interviews set up for this week already.
I’m here 10 years and I have witnessed novo go right off the deep end. Don’t worry, they aren’t going to miss me or you. As a matter of fact, I think they want us to leave so they can hire a minion to eat up all of their BS and pay half our salary. As crazy as that sounds it just may be the truth. I’m not sure what is going on in plainsboro or Denmark but I’m pretty sure neither do they and that’s a scary situation. I’ve lost all faith in them doing the right thing and I’m not waiting around to see if they can come up with a solution because whatever it is it won’t be a good one. The train is off the tracks.

Feel the same way. I’ve got about the same amount of time in, but only a little over 3 years until I can retire. Trying to hold on until then, but don’t if I should.

The folks that started NNI about 19-20 years ago…yeah that’s a lot of healthcare to walk away from if you are close to the retirement age. For a lot of the others it might be better to look for something else and bail.
