Anyone out there waiting until Dec Bonus and CPS check to leave?

I wonder how many will exit after CPS and Dec Bonus are paid out? Maybe wait until the March Bonus? With uncertainty out there it makes sense to look, but to walk away from money you have already earned is crazy silly!

hey dumb ass, are you serious? leave after profit sharing and bonus? im leaving after profit sharing, bonus, AND severance. why walk away from tens of thousands? you fools are what corp america likes. dont have to pay your silly asses because youse jump to other dead jobs on your own. really?
 




Many of new Creon reps went home with the intent to look for new jobs. Huge territories. Many have two states and STILL are not being called Specialty. Many willing to do the job with all the travel if they are compensated as a Specialty rep. There is no way this is a PC position as they are calling it so they didn't have to give pay raises.
 




Severance? Are you joking, the whole ship shifts to newco next year then and only then will layoffs start and of course, with your 1 month tenure, you will get nothing....

Nonsense. There is no company that is going to give a 30 year employee 120 weeks. It is always capped. Abbott does the same thing. 20 years? you will get a year. 30 years? you will still get a year. 10 years? What, maybe 6 months?

Yeah! Me too! I am waiting for profit sharing, bonus AND severance. And the RSUs... restrict ed stock units that come out quarterly.... so wait a minute then... that means I stay here forever! Oh well... nevermind.
