Anyone out there really selling Recothrom?

I have to laugh because not one person on my team has even mentioned the product once. Not one time!!!!! The district meetings were a joke and a waste of time because not one rep could answer questions about this product!
They should have the useless CAS people sell it. Everyone knows they don't do anything anyway.
Hasnt Ron already figured out that they don't work?
The organization of this division has hit an all-time low. We have poorly trained CAS people that couldn't sell Ofirmev if their life bed depended on it. They all would need to go through intense training. We have managers that were promoted directly into management as reps with ZERO management experience with no internal management training programs which should be for at least 3 months. We have reps that were promoted as CAS to escape the responsibility of sales in their respective territories. It's really quite sad and is a soap in the face to reps.
I encourage everyone to look at the track records of some of these managers. The majority had lackluster sales at best and never won any sakes awards, yet they were ported with no formalized training and now bark orders at reps that outsold them by multiple times. How can there be any level of respect there?
Of course not everyone will be leaving for Portola but some of the top reps will be leaving very soon and that will be a big loss. Many others are planning fast exits.

Nobody is selling Recothrom!! Are you kidding me! This was the worst purchase ever. These guys have to be the dumbest leaders ever!! It's a product that requires contracting. Where the fuck are the contracts! No one wants to sell it!!

I agree! To be honest, I wouldn't be able to remember the single half day they spent on the drug to be literate enough to have a conversation. Does anyone have any good job leads out there that they don't mind sharing?

It's scary how this company has gone down the drain. Seriously, I do see layoffs coming. They already reduced the Ofirmev number because we are not tracking like they forcasted. They want 10% growth on Recothrom. They are fucking nuts! I'm sure they will just jack up the price. Time to run fast out of this place.

I did a mini-conference call with two other members of my district today so we could swap job leads. You are absolutely correct that this place is sinking fast and we aren't the only division. The Acthar reps are leaving left and right for the very same reasons. I blame myself for staying so long and should have left two years ago. And yes, I agree with an earlier post about Portola. I know of two high volume reps that are leaving to go there and regardless what anyone says about that position, they will pay very generously when it comes to bonuses and stock options.
It's laughable that upper management is projecting a 10% increase with Recothrom when no one is even selling it. As you alluded, I'm sure they will raise the price.

This post is spot on. Can you imagine DM in NY standing in front of that district as their leader?? He's never won anything in a high potential territory. What an embarrassment. Same with some of the other HSS' with lousy numbers who are now "Directors."
