I know both of them. Dave was originally a CSR and has been with the company for 2 years max. He was recently promoted. He's a really good guy and I'd enjoy working for him if I was under his territory. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. Should be a more conversational interview.

I didn't have much contact with Scott when I was there, but he was my director. He is very much in the ISI mold from what I know of him. He's not a ball buster like some, but he's a little more intense. I never had to interview with him, but I'd come prepared. He seems very buttoned up and analytical.

I would agree with 100% of the previous reply regarding Hill and White. I was close with both of them. I recently left the company in February.

cause, they force independent thinkers or anyone who doesen't do exactly what they say, out, and some people won't do whatever managements tells them if it goes against their belief/value system no matter what the job pays.
