Anyone know anything about DM MQ?

yes.......absolutely. Ignore what the vast majority of people who have worked or currently working at mdl have to say. please take the job. I can't wait for you to come back in 6 months and add to the board.
 






I have been reading these posts, I have received a call from MQ about a sales position. Anyone have an opinion about her management style??

Here's something from a person who loved it at mdl.........."I just wanted to thank VT personally for lying to me throughout the interview process regarding pay, benefits, bonus, car, and the overall integrity cough* cough* of MDL. I fortunately have moved on after X months, but can't get the feeling out of my gut that I wasted even such a small amount of time with such a horrible company. I'm not going to say every company I have ever worked at besides MDL was great, but I have always left learning something and able to bring some positive aspect with me. At MDL, the only thing I will bring with me is mistrust and the knowledge to never accept an offer without EVERY detail in writing. You are truly the worst organization I have ever encountered and wish you nothing but the worst. To think, she got a promotion, obviously the heads of the table at MDL eat very well while the mass of peasants are forced to forage for their scraps in their Yaris' while paying $1000 a month for health insurance."

Please be sure to read this and ask for everything in writing during the interview. If you ask the right questions and vt looks uncomfortable then she'll think you're too smart to hire.

Don't worry. There's a special place in hell reserved just for her. She's ruined so many people's lives. And, you have some guy who simply got lucky 1 time with a certain product and he doesn't know anything about business.
 






DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. They have recently let 5 people go, at a minimum, from a training class that took place the week of 1/14/13. Mgmt provides no justification other than "not meeting expectations & sometime its just not the right fit" - funny thing is expectations/quota was never even established. MQ is a very nice person but is part of a management culture where they only look out for themselves. MQ's manager, regional manager Mary G, lacks even simple etiquette of responding to voice mails, emails and texts from a new rep in the field. This mgmt style is passed down to all DM's.

TO THINK MGMT HAS LET NO LESS THAN 5 REPS GO BEFORE EVEN COMPLETING 8 WEEKS IN THE FIELD SHOULD SPEAK VOLUMES TO THOSE CONSIDERING A POSITION. This company operates under a double-standard as I am fully aware of several people that had lesser numbers than I but still maintain a position (all are female). Earlier threads mention the sales force is controlled by sexist female mgrs (excluding one) and I chose to ignore these posts, which was a dumb decision, as it is definitely true. The male sales force that survives serve as robots to mgmt and do not question anything that is told to them regarding company structure or account marketing/management. MDL will paint a pretty picture of a well-run trasparent organization where you can thrive, but this couldn't be further from the truth. This company lacks even the simplest of business sense and I would not recommend working for them to anyone.

What the fuck to you all think you are selling... Fucking knives or tupperware? If you can not pronounce the fucking name of the test or don't know squat about womens health you shouldn't be working for the fucking company. You want the real picture? Then know what the fuck you are selling before you open your damn mouth.

5 reps let go in the first 8 weeks? Thats insane! You cant get an area going in 4-5 weeks

Why were they fired? Low sales? compliance issue? background check? manager didnot like them?
