Anyone in Sales Laid off?

They were not GIVEN anything! 60 days notice is the law for mass lay offs.

60 days notice is a Federal law, its called the Warn act. I don't know what MA does for employees.

If OI is not registered as DBA your state you are a MA employee and they are required by law to pay you 2 weeks for each year in addition to the 60 days notice,because they took state aid. They did not pay this to those already laid off- and don't plan to do so for the next rounds of layoffs. Call the MA governors office and media.
