Anyone heard about IC medical suing Conmed

Heard from a rep from IC medical that they are going to be suing Conmed for infringements on the GV pencil. I have looked at the IC pencil and I can see that a lot of our new designs definitely came from IC medical. Has anyone heard this from their Megadyne reps?
 









I.C. Medical sues Conmed in Arizona

On October 9, 2009, I.C. Medical, Inc. an Arizona-based medical device manufacturer filed suit in the District of Arizona against New York based Conmed Corp. on October 8, 2009. The suit alleges that the Conmed GOLDVAC smoke evacuation pencil infringes I.C. Medical’s patents 5,693,044 and 6,702,812, and includes claims for unfair competition and tortious interference. I.C. Medical is represented by Sid Leach of Snell & Wilmer’s Phoenix Arizona office.
