1. Employee Status - (This allows to cut the lower rated reps, ratings not rankings)(Ratings are done by managers and directors)

Do you have any insight into how they tell us? Maybe someone's been through this before. I've heard with other companies they're told to stay home to receive the call.

There will be a message sent out telling reps to stay home Wednesday morning. Directors will be told tomorrow, managers on Tuesday.

Ok, so tomorrow is supposed to be the big day for the reps, right? Anyone hear if that's still true and what time calls will be made? Thought they would have posted something on smartlink but nothing as of yet. Look forward to finally knowing...
