Ya the training dept should be so shocked at how well the shire legacy sales force could actually sell off a visual aid.

Get out of the fog folks, mediocrity isn’t acceptable with these legacy shire folks !
 












I think we were all demoted.

If you are in Psych you have enormous territories; that you share with lundbeck reps who throw more samples in the closet than a fish swallows water in a day.

Or how about coordinating your time with your partner, oh and lundbeck rep oh and add in the tougher or lunch only offices - u get a mess!

At least the Primary care , I mean PCP Reps don’t have the static of the Dumbeck Reps throwing samples in closets or high deciles targets for the partners to go in and act like they have the solution to every problem in the adhd world...

I’m more depressed than I have ever been in my life. I feel like they are watching every move and yes, I was demoted and so was my boss. That’s the only thing I am hanging onto although myself as well as my boss are looking. I am not happy at all and this pcp thing is for the dogs. Whoever got severances are the lucky ones. TRUST ME. I hear through others that they have a great case for a lawsuit for how things were handled. I also hear that a few are following up with the issues. This has been a terrible experience for me. I want out
 



I am laughing hard!!! I told everyone to jump ship and get out. Don’t wait for a severance... don’t wait period. Pharma is getting smaller, territories bigger and more and more complex therapies, treatments are coming out Selling a pill is bottom of the barrel, nothing special there. Companies don’t want to sell pills. There is no Neuro future with Takeda for you all. The neuro products are rare disease and you aren’t qualified. They are buy & bill products and you Ain’t going to sell it.

You could not of said it better. Takeda is a joke and a turd awaiting to explode. Shire saved takeda’s future and shire was a larger turd. Good luck. Glad I got out when I did
