Anyone else concerned about a pending implosion?

There are so many things pointing to a collapse for the US Market for Philips:
  • Fda increasing the frequency of their visits, presumably tying together all of the pieces that show we are not I. Control of our design quality
  • Requiring us to book our PTO for 2022 to get that financial obligation off of their books
  • Massive increase in quota (despite decrease in available hospital funding) for most modalities - heck, I hear AEs didn’t even get their 2022 quotas until late June
  • Near zero budget for anything (I now have to get approval for me to join my customer on a site visit and since joining 1.5Y ago, no opportunity to meet my colleagues)
  • Hiring freeze for nearly all roles
  • Stock has taken a total dive for a full year…
It just seems like the writing is on the wall…

As a respiratory therapist who is a sales rep for a DME company, Philips is doing tremendous damage to the once great and respected iconic Respironics brand. Many influential physicians in major healthcare markets with national influence are very dismayed and frustrated with issues involving Philips Respironics equipment in the past 3 years. I am very concerned about the longevity of the brand and its ability to recover market share given the lack of a clear timeline for resolution of multiple issues across various product lines. I am hoping the issues resolve quickly, I would be very dismayed to see the Trilogy EVO and similar other amazing products disappear from the market as available options for our patients
