Anyone else at Novartis fed up with the ADS BS?!

Is anyone else as fed up with the ADS crap as I am?! I am about to stop doing lunches. The auditors think they are GOD! I'd like to see them do a perfect one everytime!!
 




They do that so they can put together a list of ways you have failed to measure up to expectations, then when it fits their needs they put it in documentation to force you out. So keep your own documents about everything. Hard copy and save with your notes written as close as possible to the time whatever it was took place ( for accuracy because time elapsed degrades memory/details) and be ready to contrast + compare truth to bs.
 




Abbvie Expense Reports took 3 hours, Novartis expense report take 8 hours to fill out and then submit. Oh don't forget about the additional 2 days of dealing with Auditors over ADS clerical errors....this is a huge waste of time. Only people winning are the owners of the auditing firm who charge NVS massive fees!!!
 




You are so right! My report just go rejected twice after I was told it was going to my boss for final approval!! Wow, we need to cut back some expenses and this is a good place to start!! It's starting to feel like harassment!!!

so we have auditors checking another auditors work. Then sent a manager. Who checks it again. So can have up to 3 people
Checking a expense report? the ipad was not created to do a report with this level of detail. Its no wonder entresto # are bad. Too much b.s. to work thru to sell the product.
