You had a bright future but it all went to your head and pocket and freedom. You had to have known all the problems with reimbursement, distribution and physicians reluctant to provide service due to reimbursement. Yet, you acted and always painted a picture as if all was under control and things were running smoothly and expanding until August.

You misled everyone and the investors that put their trust in you by what you said while you were cashing in your options at every chance.

What you don't realize is how many people you have hurt by your deceptions, greed and cost many their life savings and I think some have even taken their lifes on that day in August.

All along, you knew the true status of the company.

Come clean MG, you LIED and all for your selfish greed and now as the old saying goes what goes around comes around. The law will catch up to you soon.

God Bless you, you will need because no one is going to feel sorry for you after what you have done to so many people. I think you will lose everything and more than what you thought you gained more impotantly is self respect although. I don't think you care about that.
 




































No problem dude. That says it all. The sick thing is that Osborn is choosing the route of not telling investors. He's going to play dumb about not knowing what it is about. He should know this is MATERIAL to investors. He should know why his predecessor "MYSTERIOUSLY" left.

Bumping this post because post 2 should be read by everyone again as a reminder of the type of psychopath we are dealing with.
 






I am not sure, if I understand the obsession about MG. MG was a player, they are bigger investors who made lot more money. Don't get me wrong, I do believe all Executive Committee members as well as some VPs and some Board members are dirty and deserve to go, and yes, they will go to Jail But let's not be obsessed about MG only.
