Ok peeps, keeping it short in sweet. I saw SM is hiring for the Fresno/Central Valley territory. I will say" Buyer beware". Meaning, although its a job you have to consider the training program and manager. I really liked the company, training was severely lacking, the" manager" KT is one of the worst in the industry. That's why I say beware. She is super accommodating upfront but it all falls apart from there. That is why the majority of her territories are constantly open, turn and burn baby! Idiot management at its finest. Keep chrurnin and burning! It seems to work with upper management! Go KT, way to work it out girl! Mid west transplant..........fun. dress code, even better!
by the way, im not shy to say working for you was the Pitts.
I am an prior employee, LOVED the company (thank you SM for an amazing experience) but man, the manager KT KILLED it for me. She's a sucker, I can't figure her out. Bottom line, I know its a great company but at the end of the day it takes a great manager and she is way below par. Horrible. The worst I've ever had a d I've been intense, number driven sales for almost 20 years. I still hold my opinion, KT still sucks. Worst diluted manager I have ever felt with. Don't go there if you are tho king about taking this position. Peace.

That's the thing, are there really complaints filed against her or does she can everyone before they can file one? Six months seems to be her timeline before anyone can really get enough against her to file a complaint. She's totally flying under the radar. She's a horrible excuse for a manager.

You are an idiot......why split hairs? We all know KT is the driving force behind the turnover in the west. You'd better get your info straight. No matter who the" hiring" manager is, ultimately the deciding factor is up to the Joker" and CB: have you ever seen KT after botox and injections? You will get" The Joker" reference if you have.....just sayin'
