What company in their right mind pays reps for scripts on docs they have never called on? This dumb ass company. Now wonder we are all about to be employed by the end of the year. The expansion has been the biggest cluster F....K since hiring P&G.

The above post is right on. My boss worked with me on Monday and I asked him why cant the expansion rep help me call on some of these docs she is getting credit for and never walked in the office and his response was the company doesnt want more than one rep calling on any office. Ok, makes sense but why in the hell is she getting credit????? I guess the real reason I am pissed is her bonus will be bigger than mine becuase of this double credit crap.

Why are any of you worrying about bonus while your company is on a life support system? This gig is a car moving at 55mph straight for a brick wall.

You are 100 percent right! Still sucks. Don't worry I am working my tail off to get another job, screw silenor at this point!!!!!
 












Now the company is sending out emails showing territories with the highest volume in the East. Hello, many of these territories are getting double credit from docs they have never seen, what a bunch of idiots at this company. Sad but the numbers still suck even with the double counting going on.

I am in the west and I am not familiar with why reps are getting paid on doctors they do not call on. Confused?

Expansion reps hired in February were put on top of existing territories. Hence, those reps could be getting credit for multiple geographies they aren't calling on since their territory was carved out but not exclusive to them.
 






Okay, let's clarify this.....Expansion reps get credit for the MD's that they are not calling on, JUST as the original reps get credit for the MD's that are in their territory, and are not calling on anymore ---- BECAUSE the EXPANSION REPS are calling on them. EVERYONE GETS CREDIT, WHETHER THEY ARE CALLING ON THE MD's OR NOT......don't make is sound like the expansion reps are just "riding the coat tails"...In fact, my expansion rep makes the original rep that I hired look like lazy dud!

The reps in my region are NOT calling on any of these doctors dumbass, why should they get credit for their scripts.
