Any word on the overtime suit?

Who cares if you put your name on the suit. From middle management to the top no one is engaged here. We're on auto pilot as a company just gliding to the ground. It's a nice subtle glide down. If we don't have a HUGE CHANGE IN ALL TOP LEADERSHIP THIS WILL BE OUR END. We die a little more each day as a company. Who can deny that over the past two years morale has gotten worse and worse just a little bit each day. Such a subtle change month to month to month and now no one cares at all. You see it in your district. Its all about faking your call numbers and playing the game. No one dare tell the truth about what is needed to increase sales. Just nod your head yes and put in your 3 hour days and that's how it goes now. Pitiful.

What about some motivation, respect, and good products?Guess its too late for that to happen. We do sink a little more each day as it's getting tougher to deal with the "same old, same old".
