I know that I don't understand a lot about corporate finance so can someone tell me the benefit of laying off people every 6-12 months instead of laying off everybody at once. It seems like we layoff every year.

re-org is already in motion all back office for all groups will be combined, pain all given back and about 50 reps will remain for oncology

Please see our prior posts. A recent audit determined that our field staff spends more time on this site then their DSI e-mail so all notifications will now be shared in this format. This will also alert recruiters or hiring companies to the type of representatives that work here.

It just all depends on who buys these oncology drugs and if they need reps ?? We will know sooner than later ...
