Any Open Sales Positions?

Considering the rankings came out this week and only 5 reps are above plan,,, their are sure to be alot of open positions... But that should make you say,,, I should be looking somewhere else!!!
 












Have a feeling there are about to be A LOT of positions in ES that will be available. Morale is at an all-time low. I would bet at least 50% of the ES sales force will have left by the end of the year.
 






What in the Hell is going on with the ES Div? Morale continues to be extremely low, Turnover continues while sales quotas continue to be totally unrealistic! Why doesn't upper management try to turn this around???
 



Because ES management is completely content on this division being merely a first step for other medical device jobs.

Do they honestly believe that they can keep a motivated sales force by:

-Paying 40K in base salary?
-6% commissions on capital sales?
-5% on smoke?
-10% on Altrus?
-Have reps cover huge territories in which they are out numbered by the competition 5 to 1?
-Micro-managed to the point of exhaustion?

Think about it. You get paid to do the job of 5 people and get compensated for less than 1. They know it and we know it and they still won't change a thing.

Why won't they change? Because they know there's a long line of people who will take this job just to get into medical device. It's been happening for years and will continue to happen.
