Not so sure on the field leadership for this team. They all have their undies tied up in a knot. They have no culture yet they are trying to preserve it.

I have heard thru the grapevine that they are courting a retired executive from Pfizer for a key leadership position in sales. Apparently there is a past connection.Not so sure on the field leadership for this team. They all have their undies tied up in a knot. They have no culture yet they are trying to preserve it.
I am curious as well. Theres so many open roles and noticed asking for cardiology experience. Looked at their pipeline on the website, the TPIP drug for pulmonary hypertension is not even phase 3. Are they hiring this far out? Or is the roles not for TPIP? Any intel would be deeply appreciated- not concerned with territory size or car, but intel on hiring date ranges, if the drug promo is for TPIP?
I had a phone screen today. Told they hope to expand significantly this year. Was not asked about cardiology experience. Said they want the start dates to be third week of July.
I'm hearing something similar. Newer managers coming out of the field with zero accolades. Hope they can launch bronchiectasis therapy better than inhaled antibiotic...
