Free ride is over. There are less than 100 total Ilumya orders booked and probably 5 that can eventually be filled. If SUN Pharma pays any bonus money out, they are nuts!! Make some money and bonuses will flow. Right now SUN would have to gauge any Tildra bonus on how many cups of free Starbucks the reps delivered to office staff and/or how many beers one can chug while laying on the couch watching People's Court.

Stop robbing the Absorica team bonus money to fund a folly.
 






Keep in mind, reps are only getting paid IF the person gets on drug. The number of BI's submitted doesn't reflect what the rep will actually get paid on. Very few qill end up on drug, so these bonuses will be extremely small. In many cases they will be $0.

FYI what they rolled out to the reps was complete shit. No studies? No shelf talkers? No branding? A complete joke. The TMs were lied to by a group of unscrupulous managers. Talk to one of them. They are all about to be out of a job. I smell lawsuits against Sun coming.

That smell is probably your talent level. What lawsuits are even possible? The only tort/crime is that 100 people did not do their homework on SUN and the lousy tildra product dumped on SUN by Merck. You had time before you took the job. You had a year of idle time to re-think your situation. Now you get what is deserved. If SUN actually does pay any pity-bonus, it should be looked at with respect as a further integrity move and quite generous on their end. My guess is that will not happen. No (free) soup for you.

From what I understand, abhay has been here 1.5 years. He can’t claim anything other than full responsibility for this sh*t show that we’re living in. The few times I’ve heard him speak (2), he tries to cone off as humble and deferring to his US leaders as they know the market.

However, my sources inside all say he’s a wicked fool, no one trusts or respects him. He tries to rule by fear, but most there just don’t care anymore so that’s not effective. So when they feel that way, and they’re all looking, how can we be any different ?

Pay on forms for this quarter. The hub is not working properly and we were definately sold a bunch of lies on that aspect. Good luck getting anything shipped out except for EAP.

Probably zero. If there is no payer coverage, safe bet that no patient is paying full price for this junk. Unless you count free medication, there is probably just IOUs in the cash register.
