Any FDE contracts being renewed?

Just wondered if there are any FDE contracts being renewed or being moved to FTE. I think it's time to look around.

Believe it or not I really like my district and team so I would like to stay. But, the short term future looks grim.

Stay where you are at, until you find something better. Things are turning around most places, Lilly being the exception. Hang in there!
 












Any FDE agreement can be termed at any time with no severance or beneifits, etc. It is a one sided agreement.

Of course they may decide to be nice and carry us for a few weeks with Healthcare but are not required to.

You can get unemployment, but I cant live off of that.

Sure you can live off that. Just quit your prescription meds.

Why would anyone leave there home/family for 3 weeks to train and then get let go? If you are selling Cymbalta the time frame is 12/14 if we get the Pedi indication. If we do not get that .....

No more champ roles, leadership training or stupid road trip conference calls.

I will let my underperforming FTE counterparts carry me for the next year.

The 9 month school will be a lost few days. What the hell are they thinking?

Plenty of FTEs also ask wthwItttj. Trust me on that one. Good luck. The job market is full of life right now... election year!
