Any DMII and Sr DMs get a check?

I'm a DMII and have not received a check. If you're a DMII or Senior DM, please let me know if you got a check. If you did, how long were you a DMII or Sr doing the lawsuit period.

Read paragraph 2.21 in the settlement link posted in the other thread. It's the class description. It does state DMI explicitly but makes no mention of DMII or Senior DM.

I'm a DMII I received all the communicatons also, and was told by the claims administrator that my name was listed as an eligible member of the class. I have not received a check.

I received all the communications. Told in was a member of the eligible class...doesn't eligible mean you'd get a check? As DMII and Sr.DMs they think web made comparable to male counterparts? That's BS!!!

If you are a woman and are a DMI or higher, that is your check! Being a woman is how you got that job in the first place. If you are a woman and are in upper management, you should be giving money back ie: Lisa P, Debbie H!

Sure hope my DM didn't get a check! She's the reason I went through HELL, but I did receive money for compensatory damages. I'd puke if she financially benefited from any of this! In fact, that sounds like a great reason the DMs didn't get checks.....many of them are the reason for the lawsuit!!!!!

We have to get together for our own. I was hired as a dm2 and have been so discriminated against by this boys club!

If you read the court documents, it identifies the class as 'any current or former females in a sales related role, INCLUDING all the sales rep levels and DMIs, EXCLUDING those who chose to opt out.'. It doesn't Exclude DMIIs and Senior! Let's wait until the 7th. If they claim these levels don't qualify, the final document can and should be challenged!

DM Sue K will puke on you.

I talked with the lawyer's office. Your time as DMI during the lawsuit timeframe is included. Time as DMII or Senior DM is not. They are not part of the Settlement Class. Lawyer confirmed paragraph 2.1 in the Settlement Agreement.

Yes, I would be interested. I did receive documentation from Novartis Legal but I was confused. It mentioned that "I was not to receive compensatory damages because either I didn't submit my rider in a timely manner or it was rejected." The truth is I didn't submit a rider because I wasn't sure if I was part of the class or not. Seems like you're damned if you do and damned if you don't in this company. I have multiple examples of discrimination but never submitted because of the confusion.
