any advice for h1 visa holder

I got PhD in marketing from University of Helsinki, and am H1 Visa holder (India). I need to know what can I do to get pharma marketing or sales job in LA or NE. I appreciate your positive views.

Sorry for the confusing abbreviations. Los Angeles and New England areas. In India, things are not what you think. Yes, opportunities are there, but it seems not obvious to many of Indians that bribing may be one way to push your product, but there are other means where bribery is of less valuable. I do not mean to look for Lilly specific job, but pharma-wide. Thanks for other repsonders and fun maker...you are the essence of the CafePharma.

To get a job in pharma sales, you need some business to business sales experience and proof of your success. If you don't have that, it would be hard to get a job, even with your PhD. If you have a PhD in a clinical field like nursing, you can get an MSL job. Good Luck!
