The complaint also alleges that on multiple occasions, Benco invited Burkhart Dental Supply – a regional distributor and the fourth largest full-service distributor in the United States – to refuse to provide discounts to buying groups. As a result of this conduct, the complaint separately charges Benco with a Section 5 invitation to collude count.

Add this to the list of lawsuit filed against Benco. Antitrust lawsuit settled in Texas for $300,000 and Labor lawsuit filed for failing to pay overtime to service techs. The Cohens are real honest, ethical people.

If your so unhappy then gtfo. Leave. Go to Schein ort Patterson, but leave already. The meeting was good. Far better then the crap others put on, more money for us
 








If they cut commissions people will leave, but what evidence do you have that they'll do so? No company is perfect, but I don't see them cutting their own throat. Keep it civil people, if you still like working here, and aren't planning to go to a competitor then trashing the company does no-one any good.

They want reps to leave. I know of several older reps being forced out. Advertised positions are not being filled. You will make less money this year.

Good to know you know what I make... I'm on track for a record year. I'll be fine. Your bitter i get it, but don't piss all over the place, just leave. Don't go away mad, just go away.
 




Lawsuit is going to be devastating! Benco was the ringleader.Fines will be in the millions not to mention damage to the reputation of the company in an industry with many buying choices.

With the first version having been heavily redacted it was not as easy to see who was communicating, now all the names are out in the open... wtf?! I get it Guggenheim, Misiak et al over at Patterson, they're known for being bottom dwellers, but Chuck? I always thought he was smarter then this. Just wow. This is going to hurt all three distributors if played right by the competition. Only saving grace is Benco is private...
