The problem is OTREXUP will be priced between 500 and 700 dollars a month, where generic methotrexate injectable is about 120 a month. I've talked to 2 rheumatologists on P&T committees and both said OTREXUP will not be a line extension with methotrexate, and will advise that OTREXUP not be put on their their formularies
