Antares = Dying star

This company is such a joke! Package up generic crap in a fancy syringe, with little insurance coverage, clueless CEO, and no meaningful clinical data, and we are supposed to sell this crap. Many have left, many more are looking, and I have one foot out the door. A chapter in my career I will tear out of the my book and burn the pages. "Can you feel it!

WOW!! A good friend of mine whom I highly respect and has been in the industry for a long time, recently interviewed for a position in the home office. He told me that senior management had no idea of what they were doing or what they need to do to make the company successful. Needless to say, he walked away. This seems to substantiate what he told me. Best of luck. I do hope things work out.

You guys are spot on. Just demoted the Sales Director(great guy, but didn't do much) and promoted a complete idiot-phony as a three dollar bill and trapped in a 1996 pharma mentality. Everybody is looking-company leadership is non-existent!

Complete lack of understanding of the current rheumatology space. This specialty has seen more drugs (i.e., biologics) launched in their offices in the last 6 years than any other speciality out there. It will take more than a re-tread MBA theorist in a full-length columbine leather trench coat rolling out the tired 1990's "account management" module to revive this decaying corpse. Assuming that it ever was breathing to begin with? Maybe I'm the stupid one for believing this company had a vision. I feel like one of the beach partiers at "Weekend at Bernie's". Party on! He smiled and waved, and nodded his head when I asked if everything was ok; meanwhile the corpse rots.

Again, so true! What a complete tool! Party on my friend until you find another gig...Oh, and our new sales leader sings opera and is becoming a deacon...must be nice to have so much free time...

Hey, Antares is the place to be my friends! First class product, dynamic marketing tools, aggressive and lucrative IC plan, DM's that are true coaches, and a base that makes life easy!
NOT!!!!!!

This whole organization is just sad. Nobody staying in home office, no leadership and poor strategy execution. I think everyone I have talked to recently is looking to leave asap. It's unfortunate. Also, new hires being promised pro-rated q1 bonus and then being denied....really sad. No wonder everyone is looking to leave. I don't think anyone at this company, especially the DM's, have a clue how to be successful. Most reps here don't belong. We're too good.

A great company who pays less than primary care, a bonus structure that pays less than primary care, rewards their first commercial venture sales team with no stock options, provides a car allowance that costs you money out of your own pocket, a embraces a cronyism carousel of the incompetent, and is led by a CEO who has openly stated the company would be better off hiring copier sales people than the current reps in place. Please refute any of these facts.

Yes, strong team of first class reps and that is it!!! Nothing else about this company, it's leadership, brand or future is strong. Land of the misfits is right. If you're happy here we're happy for ya. But don't talk down on others who see this for the sinking ship that it is. To each his own.

This company has been losing money from day one. No wonder they have been letting people go left and right, they can't afford to keep them! I don't know what exactly they expect us to do with this product to make it more profitable without them getting their act together and changing some things. I've never seen anything like this before in pharma. The DMs especially. I honestly don't know who is more clueless...but good thing deacon Hess is taking the lead. We're in good hands now. What a sad joke.
