Reading the media report of the latest lawsuit is funny. It's like, yup, that's been said, yup they did that too. I hope this lawsuit doesn't bring down some of the people mentioned in the suit, as they were just doing what they were told to do.

It should bring down the whole house! There is suppose to be a difference in a biotech employee and a used car sales person! “Just doing what they’re tiold”? Excuse me, college degrees and sometimes advanced degrees required to work in biopharma! Which means, you are supposed to be an educated, intellectual person with good thinking skills NOT someone who just does what they’re told. Give me a freaking break.....”yea they were just doing what they were told”!i hope this whitleblower holds ALL accountable finally!
 












The whistleblower sued her prior employer (Salix Pharma) and LOST. Case is on Leagle.com. She's done this before. I'm not saying she is wrong, but if history holds true, her facts may not hold up.
 






No fan of Taste of Asia Marky Mark or MelonHead HO, but this lawsuit is horseshit. The idiots, however, for hiring someone with a history of filing whistleblower lawsuits. Seriously, can they get any dumber?
 












Its obvious that she took the Mallinckrodt job for the purpose of finding information. If you read the Salix case she had some ridiculous accusations without any credible facts. Sounds like she is looking for a payday.

This woman is blacklisted in Pharma now for sure. What moron from Human Resources hired this dizzy broad ?

Probably, but what the suit speaks of has been said. The science team for ARD does say that Acthar is more than the 1-39 peptide chain. They really don't know what all is in it........pig gland squeezings are all that is known.

But what about the component that makes patients grow little
curly tails? I have heard this from
my customers that this occaionally happens in some patients.
