Another VP leaves SUN today. WTF?

What the hell is going on with this company ?

No one stays and probably a dozen Sr. Directors/VPs have left due to the abusive CEO including the 3 VPs in Opth, each of the VPs in Sales, Market Access, Business Development, Marketing. Plus, the Sr. Directors in HR, Trade, Finance and the VP/ Business Unit Head for Neuro. All of those people except one worked in the home office. Toxic environment.

Then, there's the gapping, unfilled (read: cannot fill) field sales roles.

Anyone think that Sun is a good place to work ?

Most of these people who left were worthless anyway. Sorry if you came to SUN following one of these J&J frauds. SUN is looking for answers and the Big Pharma people were all big on ideas, but did not want to subject their Ponzi schemes to accountability testing. Everybody loses.
 




Here's the real deal -

Roughly 100 days ago Jason interviewed for and landed the VP/BU Head position. He's a very talented, well tought out leader, and you don't interview for that job, knowing the demands and knowing where it's located. No changes in the job nor its location. All known up front.

So what changed ?

Well, he reported to Abhay in that role and my bet is that 100 days of Abhay was more than enough.

Go back to the previous post - nearly every single person that reported to Abhay has left the company. Their decision.

This is the most classic and obvious case of FIRING THE CEO that you'll see. People are leaving, in essence firing the CEO.

Man. you have to let go of your anger towards JnJ people ... you probably got fired from there. And you're in no position to criticize JnJ-ers, you're throwing them all under the bus and you say you're glad they left but the Head of Biologics and the Head of Training are ex-JnJers as well.

So what's your problem ?

Janet Sharp ( this makes you laugh because she is such a dumb ass biatch but the Indians are afraid of her and like her)
 




You just have to let go of your anger about J&J-ers, plus, Zoe and Kyle are in leadership positions and they're former J&J-ers, so when you're dumping on those that left, for definitely a better opportunity, you're also dumping on YOUR current leadership at Sun.

Simply put, the 8 or so VPs left bc they were smart enough to see that this place is a complete shit show. Jason was just the last one in, and the last one out. I think he lasted 100 days.

Everyone is on their way out, no one can look you in the eye, no one, and honestly tell you that Sun is a good company or they they themselves are currently NOT looking for another job.

Period.
