How about if a physician, nicknamed Dr. Hamburgler, was seen at a Pharma sponsored event. At that event, somebody witnessed and maybe even paid for him to have more than several alcoholic beverages. At the end of the evening, he got in his car and a concerned citizen pulled up and turn out of the restaurant's parking lot headed in the same direction. What would the odds be of eradicating that physician's corrupt prescribing habits with one phone call?
The thought of karma spared him that evening. The thought of vast sums of money spared you in 2010.
