We've been rolling down hill for a long time Fidia is just a big ball of shit rolling down hill gaining speed & girth FAST Terrible reputation, terrible hires, and terrible promotions The good people leave, stay away or are looking

I would like to disagree on MM being an amazing person.

MM came in to the region, raised hell and then walked away.

Maybe someone should have given him a personality test to identify that he gives up and is a quitter who can only point fingers at others.

He's never coached a rep and made them better for a single second in his life. F that guy.

I quit because of Mike. He was a reall ass to work for.

Always lying about things in reports to make himself look safe.

I'm sure wherever he goes he will be there for about a year until he wears out that welcome too.

How many people did Mike manage to run away from his division in his 1 year on the job?

Had to be at least 90% of that region.

Mike definitely sucked but everyone in pharma has had a manager like him. I think people saw the bigger picture and jumped ship. A failing launch of Hymovis without anything else seeming to save Fidia? Why stick around?

Good to see the ride came full circle with Mike.

That's how things go for him. He wears out a welcome with a team after about a year or two tops.

Worst manager I have ever had in sales period. Pointed fingers and laid blame while offering no real solutions. Always looked to paint himself in a good light even at the expense of his reps.

Fuck that guy.

Meanwhile Randy is being a tyrant. Someone tell this guy he's not our manager.

Mike has quit and has left the medical industry.

One has to wonder what he really knows about financial services. Especially when the only thing he appears to do is lie about reps and their performances/habits.

Stay tuned for 12-18 months from now when we get an update on where is Mike working next. May be a new industry but it's the same old Mike and with that you can gurantee he will wear out his welcome.
