Dear Prometheans;

AH was a top performer and initially an awesome manager.

When she was a child she managed her schoolwork, home chores and parents to allow her to get that puppy she wanted for Christmas in 5th grade and to get that drivers license and car at 16. When in high school she managed her hall monitor job and was able to manage strained friendships due to passing out pink slips with a position that required tact and personal responsibility that only a true manager could bare.

At some point, she was even able to convince the highest God's that be, the Promethean God's of upper managment that she was good enough, natural enough, and had the stuff to become a middle manager at Prometheus.

But somewhere along the way AH lost her natural manager skills. We aren't sure how it happened, I am not even sure AH knows how it happened. We at the highest levels attempted to "coach" her through pips and increased scrutiny in her daily work as well as even hinting that that family thing was interfering with what really mattered, successful managerial skills and objective setting along with perfomance reviews. But alas, AH just couldn't get the fire back into her skillet so we were forced to terminate her employment.

This Chic is a Good person! Great Trainer! Horrible Manager! She put the Micro in Micro Management! She should have stayed in Training. Heaven forbid she tries Management at another company. Those reps are screwed. Stay in Training AH that is your calling. You cannot manage adults maybe your kid but not Adults!
 






its a case of an inexperienced mgr taking her cues from RR, CL and BG. They can intimidate a new mgr into doing wht they want. SG, CE and BB do their own thing and know how to filter the BS coming from the top. AH is a solid person and a victim of bad leadership from the top especially RR. Watch the new mgr's do they lead their way or do they act differently now that they are in management? If different, they are answering to RR. Cues would be, PIP's being written, people being fired, bad field reports and threats.

Well Said My friend! RR and CL are poisionous evil people! AH fell prey to them and in return she disrupted some reps lives and now her liffe has been disrupted by the same evil Goons RR CL Full circle
 












Wow- I'm really sorry to hear the news about Ayanna. She was a friend when I worked at Prometheus. I know that the travel as a trainer and then as a manager were challenging for her as a mom, and she really put her all into it for Prometheus. This timing truly is pitiful but unsurprising.
If she's reading this, know that many of us are rooting for you!
 






She had it coming! Turned into a Manager and that was it. CL molded her and set her up for failure! Never should of drank that Kool-Aid CL was serving up That stuff will get you everytime.
 






Keep in mind that people change when they are in stressful situations. AH if let to her own abilities would have been fine. When you work for an organization that wants to cut 20% of the sales forces every year you have to do what you think they want. This is why RR is either very successful or run from every place he's been.
I think the question comes down to "what do you think of RR?
 


















since the ONC panel got yanked from us, i wonder if any national account managers will be whacked?

NAM's didn't have anything to do with this and their work load I'm sure if still high.
If you're looking for blame, follow the money. Who signed the deal? Who promised the results? Who didn't deliver? This goes to the top. In the end the reps will get the blame as RR and JE point finger but keep their pets.
 






I would never become a DM in this company! You'd be CRAZY to want what they have to put up with!!! As far as the ONC thing - how many failures do RR and the rest of the upper mgmt have to have before they're shown the door?!?!? At least we'll be going public soon. (HA!)
 






AH was a good rep, only new how to read slides as a trainer, and was a horrible manager. She'll find a good job as a speacialty rep and get to watch her kids grow up. Not that a 2 year old minds that mommie is gone 1 week a month and 2 days a week. Those are the boring years to have kids anyway.
 












The bigger question is when will Jeff D get fired? He's the ultimate idiot, short little troll with a stupid looking beard - hitting on women at sales meetings when he has his cosmos.

If the initials are what I think they are, and there are only a few if only one for each in the company, you are fucking crazy. Apparently you haven't been managed by any of those intiials.
