Takes one to know one. I believe that people like you ruined the industry in the first place. You will fail, and you know it. You are just as scared, if not more, as the sales reps. We have a much better chance of replacing our salaries than someone in management. Not to mention being a manager at Strativa is nothing to brag about.

What a fool...Sample activity...we are told not to sample or at least be smart with our sample. Besides, no more ES samples till 2012

Good thing we have such strong managers. Do you really think we believe that you would still be here if you could get a management job anywhere decent? You must be stupid. Do you really think this is a good company? Can you be so stupid. And what's a full day to you? Are you taking into account budget spend, sales growth, admin on weekends and nights, drive time to and from apts, waiting for signitures in PC offices (or just trying to find the offices on this piece of shit target list.) Listen you unhappy little man. You know nothing about what this salesforce has gone through and sighting some silly report, that you get, means nothing. If you could actually manage and motivate you would have more game... somewhere else. You put the RAT in StRATiva.

That was a pretty random post. I guess you haven't worked here in some time. Culture has greatly improved since the summer. Too bad you live in the shadows of the past. My manager doesn't get caught in the nitty gritty. He just wants us to exhaust all efforts to hit our numbers. That's what any sales job should be about. Sorry you are so bitter but its time for you to face reality and move on. Best of luck to you.
