Are annual bonus' based on continued employment and performance through the end of the calendar year? When are they paid out?
If we assume they're based on employment through end of calendar year and paid out after annual reviews are completed (~March): must one be an employee at date of pay out to receive bonus? If not, and if one terminates employment before end of calendar year, is a prorated bonus paid?
