Get rid of these two and spectrum will be a great company to work with. These two don't allow Raj to see anything and always intimidate him for pretty much everything happens at spectrum.

If you are at spectrum and something is happening to you it's pretty sure these two has something to do with it.

They are biggest bootlickers to Raj and as an old histereotype Indian he enjoys being served from top to bottom by these two.
I recently inquired about my dismissal from spectrum as a VP and got amazed how low these people can go.

These two are responsible for all I'll deeds at spectrum along with Raj and few other Indians.

Spot-on Geogetta. Now know this, what was told you in last year first quarter meeting was all lie. Dr. Lee Allen was pushed away by Raj coz Anil H asked him to do so. Anil bad mouth Dr. Lee Allen so much in spectrum and in front of Raj that all thought he resigned.

Anil asked Thuy Lee {a trial assistant promoted 3 times in an year by Anil and Raj} to complain about Dr. Lee Allen to Raj so Dr. Lee Allen could be eliminated. This is how they got him out of spectrum from Chief Medical Officer position. Now you tell me who would want to take that position when we all know that Raj only listens only to his shoes.
 






Georgetta: if it is really you that posted, best of luck to you in your career. You will be missed. You reported to Joe T, correct? Where was Joe? Didn't he try to protect you against Pramod and Anil?
 












Dr Raj you hired the wrong person to replace Earl, just another casino guy. Doesn't know anything about our business, product launches or clinical trials. Even thought Chis is a nice guy. Think you're smart enough, confident enough and want to take SPPI to the next level, to make a change. Maybe another job for Chris in the company.

Really did they really do this to Dr. Lee Allen? WTF

I heard he was very sad and angry when he left spectrum. But anyways he deserved much better than this and he got it. At Argos Therapeutic he has achieved great results and respects as it's CMO.

The dirty politics these Indians played with him the dirtier they go in dungeons. While Dr. Lee Allen is enjoying his new position, spectrum is yet to get a good CMO. Nobody is willing to join as a CMO. Anybody else inside is either a spy for Raj or incapable.

Have you checked all their Henderson & Irvine offices. They are so dysfunctional and racist to local Americans.

Why Anil H & Pramod G still at spectrum. They are route cause of spectrums failures so far. In-fact they are the ones who tell Raj what do do and Raj follows their instructions like a baby. What a CEO?

I agree 100%. I am laid off as Medical team head bcoz of these two and bcoz I am not an Asian. Unfortunately, I am an Afro american and Raj don't like us. When will this discrimination end and when will Raj fire Anil H & Pramod G. Spectrum has become a dead company till these two are here.

I heard Raj has promised Anil H that he will keep him until retirement which means 57 + 8* = 65. Folks we all will have to bare Anil for another 8 freakin years. He is the most unwanted man but you can't do anything coz he is Indian.

Someone said Raj (CEO) has India office to shove money to India in legitimate way so no one asks a question. It seems a Brilliant way of money laundering. All other pharma companies CEOs can learn from SPPI on how to fill your back pockets with public money legitimately along with super nepotism.

Really? Don't post as if you are the person. No black or African American call themselves 'Afro American'. Get out if here. Keep it real.

The truth is there is always going to be discrimination against brown people so if Raj hires Indians who are brown, that's a good thing. Someone has to give these people a chance. If Sturbuks CEO announce he will be hiring more minority it's a great thing but if Raj hires brown people it's bad? Go wear your 'Make America Great Again' hat and move to a red state.

Now, the sad issue is blacks are truely discriminated at any level and at any job even with this company.
