A former engineering manager called out Arthrex for shitty design controls and product quality. Arthrex is acting swiftly to hold him legally accountable. He's calling out specific employees and surgeons on LinkedIn. Vote on the damage folks! Will anything change?
 






I strongly applaud the balls on this man. I simply hope he has great legal advice because you can be certain Arthrex does. If he’s doing this sour grapes go it alone - won’t end well for him. You bring in DOJ. and FDA then we have an interesting 2024 2025….. If the DOJ can cut a few lawyers loose from Trump.

Agreed, most employees can recall a few instances when products were released to the market when they weren't ready due to internal pressure. I hope he's ready for it
