So, how is that ok? How can a member of the Board of Directors of a publicly traded company also just happen to be the President and CEO? Anybody find that odd? No? Probably not the dozens of executives that continue to grow the ELT. I wonder if the employees who don’t actually get thousands of dollars in bonuses and stock options consider it a conflict of interest. Oh that’s right, they are usually mistreated, silenced and underdeveloped so they quit and/or are let go within a few years.
