Amazing. More good talented people gone. People who performed and delivered. HR says “My door is always open. You can tell us anything in confidence. We want to provide a good working environment with zero tolerance for retaliation.” (Fine print: as long as you fully comply with everything leadership does and says no matter how demoralizing, racist, sexist, and unprofessional. K?) Well done HR, great way to bully everyone into submission.
 




Wow! So true. I’ve been gone for some time now but while I was there HR was always asking about the toxic work environment and sending out surveys in conjunction with communications and then we’d never hear the results or they would change the results. What’s the point of the anonymous survey if you’re going to change the responses? How about dealing with the actual issues?
