If JM wants to know why the survey says he need look no further than the Pittsburgh region. We personally tanked empowerment. It is non-existent. You will hit your metrics or you will be put on a plan. You are empowered to do nothing other than I tell you
 




BI's upper management provides zero motivation. In fact, the de-motivate us with worthless metrics that they are spoon fed from consultants. YL is the absolute worst followed closely by the Clown from "The House of 10,000 Corpses" (looks just like him with that bald head and beard) Khozuni....whatever the fuck his stupid ass name is ....Ok, KR. They actually demotivate us with their inability to think on their own and actually listen to their sales team. They rely on ZS Associates so much, if those consultants told them to shove a zucchini up all our asses for 4.2% increase in NBRX....(we would all be sent a case of farm fresh zucchinis)....
PLEASE replace them BI. I have never witnessed a more worthless upper management team. You inspire...ABSOLUTELY NOBODY. PLEASE YL (can hardly understand him, he must be a HR hire) and KR......both drown yourself in a bathtub, for God's sake.

And add more card reps and hand them promotions for making the most fake calls.
 




Jennifer Igoe and Tim Pennington fake more calls than anyone else on the CV team. They share targets (that don’t even practice in their own personal geography) just so they can increase their net sales.
That sounds like a lot of work for 2 people! I hope BI added an overlay so they can get some help with their workload.
