Great news! This is what is supposed to happen. People leave for different experiences. New people are hired. They are looking for new places to call home. If we never had change, wouldn't life and work be quite boring? Why make it such a negative thing? Haven't you ever changed jobs? I certain hope so! If not you need to. Todays workforce is held back by stagnation. Employers are looking for people with experience-go out there and get it!

There will always be people who will move on to other jobs...or decide to stay home...or retire. What's new and scary about that?
