And the execs wonder why morale sucks

I don't know about now, but at one time there was more than 60 VPs. That includes VPs and Sr. VPs.

I don't understand why there are so many levels of management. In the old days it went Supervisor, Manager, Director, VP and President. Now it is Supervisor, Manager, Group Manager, Director, Group Director, VP, Sr. VP and President.

This company is so top heavy with needless management (that doesn't understand the business) that it is totally dysfunctional.

Yes, the execs at this company are repugnant. They keep all the stock options at the top and put commission plans in place to keep their own bonuses high by not paying out. In Wound Care they got rid of Brad Adams an Exec VP and that retarded VP of Marketing. That got rid of 2 VP level employees - more money for them at the top!
