Will GSK management be able to show that a bird in Unilever’s in worth less than two in CET’s hand? If this can happen to CX than it will most definitely happen to RX. The demerger should have been long over by now so “dems da breaks for dragging it out.

Hahaha. GSK is trash. Leaders here are clueless, incompetent, ineffective and woke. Signs of a failing company all over the place. Anyone with half a pea brain is outright leaving or getting managed out and moving on to greener pastures. And yes, I'm working on getting managed out. Doing nothing and laughing all the way to the bank. My boss puts on the pressure and I act concerned and interested.

no, look at the retention rates. The VBU won’t even consider packages because they are very concerned too many people will leave


Well they wouldn’t give a package to everyone if offered , they would limit how many they would give. Happens every time they offer packages, always people who raise their hand but are not offered , they either stay or leave with nothing. Happened to my RVP back in 2010 , wanted to leave in 2008 layoff and in 2010 layoff , raised her hand both times but was not offered a package, finally just retired in 2011.
