Elliott is right, and I’m sure they’re a bit tired,

If the Donald was here, he’d be saying YOU’RE FIRED!


Let the board come here reading, that would be better,

Maybe we’ll see your pink slip, in the next newsletter,


Look at your survey, if you want a true taste,

The EC should buy mirrors, to see the disgrace,


Your bonuses keep climbing, while the layoffs increase,

What this company really needs, is to see YOUR release,


These rhymes are a movement, so please spread the word,

Now is the time, let it fly like a bird,


Just like an ice dam, I need some help to flow,

Dig deep in your hearts, and let those whistles blow!


Since I have your attention, raise your fist to be free,

More heat will be coming, in rhyme number three!

Nope, they’re too worried about propping up a sinking ship so investors don’t cut the cord. This company is literally bleeding billions though, and smart firms aren’t going to get sunk. The only two choices are to sell it before they lose their full investment and much much more, or buy one way tickets on the SS Alexion and go fishing for icebergs.
 






#Hostile Takeover. And yes it’s coming, and yes New Haven is going. Best time for a takeover/sale will be after 1210 approval and before launch. Wait and see my friends. A little luddy...err birdy told me so.
 






That’s the obvious, no way their keeping New Haven after 1210 is approved, question is when and how much will Alexion be acquired for....at this point that’s the only bump up this stock may see. #theglorydaysareoverfolks
 






Let’s review the facts people. Last year over 800 of our coworkers and friends were let go. Another 300 or so left because they didn’t want to move to Boston. This is not the same company or even the majority of the people that once built the greatness. You have a shell of a company that is focused on one thing, and if you think it’s patients you have a lot to learn. This is all about the stock price to them and nothing more. And that mission is a complete failure. Wall Street has seen the light, and it’s coming from a train. Get smart people and get out while you can.

Not sure it will be so hostile though. I have to believe a sale is actually the plan.
