Can anyone tell me the salary range for this contract? I am in the mid-atlantic area. I have an interview and want to know what to ask for (as if it matters---but they always ask anyway).
 




Salary range is $60,000 - $70,000. However, if you have previous diabetes experience you could possibly negotiate a salary closer to $75,000.

They are filling vacancies on a case by case basis based on specific territory needs. There will be a realignment going into effect on April 1st to align the sales forces - BMS, AZ & Amylin (Legacy). Where that leaves the inVentiv (Synergy) sales force is anybody's guess. They will either continue the contract until December 2013 which was the original contract end date with Amylin or terminate it on March 31st. They could also possibly keep some of the Synergy force too. There is an integration meeting taking place the 3rd week in March for the Legacy and Synergy sales people to be integrated into the BMS computer systems, etc. We should know by the end of February if we are in BMS's plans beyond the end of the first quarter.

Former inVentiv rep out of work for over a year---applied for Impax and Amylin but recruiter called for Amylin. I have interview but really prefer the Impax job for more stability, but I am obviously not in a position to be picky. Not sure how to address this with the recruiter. Thoughts?
 




I would be very honest and up front with the recruiter and let her know what you have heard in regards to the future of the contract, the realignments taking place on April 1st and the potential for all or some of the synergy reps to be displaced.
