International must be having a hard time with some unpopular ppl running it now with DP heading it and KP replacing CB in APLAC.

How DP gets away with heading the International division in Amsterdam from half way around the world in Sydney, Australia is beyond me, must be hundred of 000's per year going on B-class flights from Australia-Europe, bet the shareholders would love that.

Nobody from international had a good word to say about KP at the AbuDhabi meeting and he only lasted 7 months in WH before jumping ship. Wonder how long he will stick with APLA.

What do you expect? DP was promoted by Camille. Camille owns this mess and for destroying it he will walk away with millions to buy more double collar shirts and cologne. AMS is rearranging the deck chairs...

Hmmmm. Not sure that any of the BS above is true.
DP is widely respected in International. Since he has a global territory - everything OUS, then it doesn't matter if he's based in Amsterdam or not. He'd still spend the same on air travel. He just laps the world once a month with time in Minnetonka and Amsterdam.
I don't believe for a moment that anyone in Abu Dhabi said anything bad about KP.
You'd be stretched to find a single person to say anything bad about him. Fair and level headed.

Thanks for your comments Derrill! Widely respected, maybe if you exclude those not involved in the global urology industry and those not related to Derrill via marriage or his immediate family then yes, widely respected is accurate.

BTW who the heck dressed Ron Morton on the AMS webpage? did Camille give Ron one of his shirts to borrow?

DP is awesome. Best boss I've ever had, and a master at what he does. I challenge anyone to do a single day in his schedule and stay on pointe as he does!

For KP: a sales guy who failed at his job in UK and was removed. Didn't do a single thing for WH (that job was just a parking lot for him -- he wouldn't be able to launch a strategy even if he had help, much less create and lead through one). For him being popular: ask the UK team what they think...and why they had three rounds of turnover in the few years he was there...!

Heard DP is ruthless which could be a good thing or bad but never had dealings with him so just hearsay.

Many of the UK guys have a very low opinion of KP and as said the WH gig was just a parking lot while they could find somewhere else to park him so it was CB out KP in, not sure if that move will work CB was pretty popular in LA from all accounts.
