Amgen, that is in the process of refreshing its product portfolio, reported higher-than-expected 3Q profit, but sales declined in some of its biggest established products.

Two weeks after Amgen signed the check Merck declared that their inhibitor did nothing. Within two weeks three hundred million went poof. Someone needs to loose their job over this!
