Everyone has always talked about Amgen it's great culture. Over the last several years that culture has totally changed. Don't get me wrong, I am grateful for the job I have and I work hard each day to sell more, but nothing works here. No one cares that it does not work!! Copay cards don't work, lunch budgets cut, virtual programs are a must but oh yeah you have to have 4 HCPs and you have to all be 6 feet apart.( but there are very few restaurants to accommodate or there is a very high minimum food requirement), the lack of manage care, every system we use is so outdated, and last , Atlas. Every time we get a chance to change targets and remove HCPs that have moved or deceased or should not be our targets, they end up right back in our targets. Its gotten to be insanity here. No one wants to hear any complaints. Just be glad you have a job. WE ARE ALL THANKFUL FOR THE JOB AND WANT TO DO GOOD IN OUR CAREERS HERE AT AMGEN BUT PLEASE WAKE UP AND SEE YOU ARE CONSISTENTLY LOSING TALENT DUE TO YOUR LACK OF LISTENING TO THE PROBLEMS AND MAKING ADJUSTMENTS THAT WOULD SAVE AMGEN SO MUCH MONEY OVER TIME. WE WONT THE OLD AMGEN BACK WERE YOUR VOICE MATTERS.
