Amgen Contract









They recently hired for Repatha Field Access and reimbursement for both Primary Care and Cardiovascular. They have hired alot of former pharma sales reps and were told ridealongs would be quarterly. Much more reasonable because the offices get so fed up with mgrs coming in from every single pharma company. Access people tend to have decent access to offices because you’re helping patients get product in hand. Syneos has hired a few sales managers and they seem to be pushing for more ridealongs. They are even talking about field based trainers, another sales model typical of pharma sales. Hope they don’t get sucked into the sales mentality because Access and Reimbursement are 2 totally different roles and will negatively impact the physical access of offices
