Not sure if your statement is correct. Amgen has lots of issues that needs to be disclosed during the transaction. I hope that their management and legal counsel is smart enough to do so. Also we would hope that the management at Amgen would be wise enough not to trade or sell any stocks since they have been informed of number of unethical violations, specially when they have been informed in writing. let us see how that shapes up for them for time being. if you know anything about quality and ISO we would certainly love to know who their ISO registration agency is .
