Seeking justice from Court of Appeals 9-3-2020 ruling to affirm Nevada district court ruling that invalided key Vascepa patents. An Amicus Curiae is planned to be filed by Amarin stakeholders after Amarin files an en banc petition which is due October 2nd. The funds will be used to hire legal counsel to assist with this process and to properly brief CAFC regarding insignificant Kurabayashi data that was improperly sited by the defendants to sway the District Court to rule against Amarin patents.
