I am applying for a sale position with Amarin and I cannot find any information on the maternity leave. Could any current employees fill me in?

We are essentially in launch mode, so probably not the best time to be asking about time off

On a serious note....it’s covered under paid leave. But I wouldn’t bring up plans to not be in the field during an interview....even if it is for a very good reason.

I’ve been gone for a while, but when I was there they gave you 5 days paid. That was the required waiting period before short term disability started.

Short term disability cover 6 or 8 WJS depending on type of delivery. And at 60% or 100% depending on what kind of coverage you select.

A pathetic policy. Hopefully different now!

I think 5 days is more than enough time to push out a kid, get cleaned up, and get back to work. Men don’t need any of those extra benee’s.
